1. Description of Service

Siktu provides QR code tags and a mediated messaging infrastructure designed to help owners recover lost items, vehicles, or belongings by enabling finders to initiate secure contact with tag owners.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current contact details when registering a QR tag and keep them updated.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the service solely for legitimate lost-and-found recovery and communication.
• Anti-Spam & System Security: Users and finders must not misuse, tamper with, or flood the QR tag scanning system, generate automated scans, send nuisance messages, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or session expirations.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Prices listed on Siktu.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via our authorized payment gateways.

4. Shipping, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Shipping: Physical products are dispatched across India via third-party courier services.
• Cancellations: Because QR code products are customized/encoded upon production, orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing or encoding has commenced.
• Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or malfunctioning QR tag, contact support@siktu.com within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• Facilitator Role: Siktu acts solely as a communication and proxy routing platform between tag owners and finders. Siktu does not guarantee the recovery, safety, physical state, or return of any lost item, vehicle, or property.
• Service Availability: While we strive for continuous uptime, we are not liable for communication delays or delivery failures caused by third-party telecom operators, internet service disruptions, or WhatsApp infrastructure downtime.
• Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siktu’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
